Comprehensive Service Center A statewide resource providing support, information, referrals, education, and community services for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind people throughout Hawaiʻi.
Disability and Communication Access Board (DCAB) A statewide advocate for people with disabilities, promoting accessibility and communication access and advising on disability-related policies and laws.
Hawai'i Deaf and Blind Project A statewide project, providing technical assistance, family support, training, referrals, and resources for children and youth who are DeafBlind, from birth through age 21, and their families and service providers.

Big Island Deaf Club Alerts A highly proactive community resource that works with county officials to ensure emergency text notifications are paired with direct links to ASL video translations.
Disaster Distress Helpline provides free, confidential crisis support 24/7. ASL users can connect directly with trained crisis workers through videophone or the “ASL Now” option. Call or text 1-800-985-5990.
